[Mixtape] 2018年上半年歌曲精選

很快又到了中場報導的時間了。今年的歌曲調性與以往較為不同，曲風也很多元，希望最後呈現出來的曲目是流暢的。

對部份DOPM成員來說，今年最大的課題就是面對變化，永遠都無法預測生命中會有什麼突發狀況，一旦發生時，只能立即思考，理性分析下一步該怎麼走。聽著流動的音符，感受到自己的思緒也隨之活絡起來，避免陷入僵局。

[Mixtape] 2017: Space Odyssey

雖說「太空旅行」與生活是八竿子打不著邊，但有句話說「想像力是你的超能力」，既然困於現代生活的框架中，用想像來自我解嘲似乎是唯一的出路。以我們淺薄的想像，太空旅行大概會是：星船加速起飛的速度感、探索異星的神秘、無邊無際的寂寥與空間感、不知打哪來的異形莫名其妙總要穿你腸破我肚等。因此音樂的選擇上會比較偏向progressive路線，從progressive rock 到 progressive house，那些聽起來很像來在外太空的音樂。

照著這些特性來看，選了迷幻、噪音、實驗、後搖、Shoegaze、Ambient、Krautrock、還有House等元素，試著涵蓋所有我們聽的音樂裡關於太空的想像。這張mixtape是我和景仰多年的火山前輩一起挑選的，最後選了將近四個小時的音樂，浩瀚的長度應該不會愧對於odyssey這個名字。另外名單排序僅供參考，因為時間太長，要一次聽完真的不太可能，不過隨便挑一首來聽，希望都會有太空旅行的感覺。那麼，口說無憑、心想也無益，不如交給耳朵去探索吧。下面名單上的歌曲是按照我們能在Spotify上找到的歌，所編列的，Welcome on board!

2017年上半年不論是世界局勢或是個人生活都處於一種混亂的狀態，部分人對於如何面對川普在任、英國脫歐的時代感到不知所措或者氣憤難平，而與支持方的鴻溝日益擴大到不知如何跨越，同時世界各地也發生不少攻擊事件。在台灣雖然不能完全感受到其他地區發生的事與自己息息相關，每天的生活經驗對於人的理智都是不小的考驗，潮濕燠熱擁擠、變形的工時令人窒息。

生活不能沒有音樂的我們很幸運地能繼續從音樂中尋找慰藉。聆聽音樂這麼久，加上聆聽載具的不同，我們希望從音樂得到的東西漸漸也有差異，或許偏好精良的製作給自己一場美妙的聽覺饗宴，或許認同音樂傳達的訊息，又可能迷戀某種樂風一貫的美學，這張混音帶盡量在這幾點考量中找到平衡點。

情人節想聽一些應景的情歌，但大家耳熟能詳的那些歌曲卻令人有點煩膩。這次特別選了一些清新的曲子，沒有太過濃郁的情緒，希望捕捉到戀人初相遇時心動的感覺。若是獨身主義者，也可以當成indie pop、shoegaze、singer-songwriter的混音帶來聽。祝大家情人節快樂！

在都市叢林住久了，令人心情鬱悶。在台灣要找到較少人為開發的地方，最直覺的去處就是山上了。到一般的登山步道踏青總是使人心胸開闊，另外也可以選擇到森林遊樂區住幾天欣賞美景，更進一步便是啟程前往高海拔山區。都會生活已經馴化了我們的生物本能，所以攀登高山變成一項挑戰自我的活動。在不斷邁步前行、消耗體能的過程中，特別能感受身上每一處感官、每一個細胞與自然界的互動，體會到自己和外界依然有某種連結，從來不是獨自的存在。

而音樂對我們來說，也是這樣的一種存在。讓我們感到自己在音樂裡中是巨大的，而在山林中我們可以深深的體會自己的渺小。或許有些人會覺得到山中，遠離塵囂了就應該享受大自然的協奏曲。但是，如果有喜歡的音樂陪伴我們這個時而艱苦、時而快樂的過程，那都是非常特別的體驗。

選了Eddie Vedder 為戶外經典片《Into The Wild》所譜的序曲最為開頭，對我來說，似乎沒有更適合的選擇。還有節奏性強的搖滾大合唱，像是Arcade Fire、Of Monsters and Men、Sigur Ros等情緒澎湃的曲子，讓人聽了腎上腺素直接向上衝。除了搖滾樂外，也有些民謠曲讓人喘口氣，如 Ben Howard、Fleet Foxes、Beirut 等。他們的音樂節奏輕快，但總讓人想到大自然或是旅途上的美好風景。這個 mixtape 並不一定是要去爬山才聽的音樂，而是用音樂去想像爬山這件事。當然每個人喜歡的音樂不一樣，去爬山時想聽的東西自然不同，選了這些和爬山有關的曲子，希望大家聽了都會有想要往戶外跑的衝動。

最後聲明一下，在戶外請尊重他人感受，不要隨便用手機或是喇叭放音樂。如果真的想聽，請戴上耳機，以免妨礙到別人。
